The new release artwork is now front and center, built around the scene, the evidence, the Polaroid, and the red Incident Report stamp.

The track artwork series is pulled from the same case file: windows, vermin, doormats, mirror jokes, yellow lines, and ash on the altar.

About the Band

The Victim Of didn't so much form in Orange County in 2003, they were forged in face-melting guitar riffs, apocalyptic basslines, and drums loud enough to summon the end times.

Their debut album, I'm Missing You Already (2004), and its follow-up Machete Pop (2005), built a cult following online with fan-favorite anthems such as "Triceratons Never Surrender," "Horse Shoes and Hand Grenades," "Believe in Fun," and "Too Many Zombies in Huntington Beach."

Fueled by the collective will to bring destruction and music to the world, The Victim Of took their war machine on the road from 2004 to 2005, scorching towns from LA to Albuquerque, Seattle to Greensboro, Binghamton to Dallas.

After a long hiatus, The Victim Of returns in 2026 with their new album Incident Report. The album is 20 years in the making, and contains new songs about bad luck, worse timing, and the occasional system failure. It's available to stream on all the major streaming services now!
